Athlete eligible: All athletes born in 1995-1998, member of the federation
Weights:
Men: 36-42kg, 46kg, 50kg, 54kg, 58kg, 63kg, 69kg, 76kg, 85kg, 100kg, 115kg, 130kg
Women: 36-38kg, 40kg, 42kg, 46kg, 49kg, 52kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg

*All medallists from Cadet\juvenile Nationals 2013 will be entering the final in a 2 out of 3 matches, with the winner of the selection.
*All 4th, 5th, 6th place from Cadet\juvenile nationals 2013, will enter in the final automatically, if there is a medalist from cadet/juvenile in the weight category, and in the final if there no medalist. If there is a semi-final, it will be only a single match against the winner of the tournament selection. If there is more than one wrestler in a weight category in this situation, there will be a round robin with the winner of the tournament and top place wrestlers.
Format:
Phase 1: Tournament among all the wrestlers, except wrestlers place top 6 at Nationals.
Phase 2: Single Match with winner of phase 1 and wrestles 4th, 5th, 6th place at Cadet\Juvenile Nationals 2013, if more than one, round robin including winner of phase 1.
Phase 3: Final match if necessary against medalist of Cadet\juvenile Nationals, 2 out of three.
*Every final will be deciding with a 2 out of 3 matches.
Injury:
*A medical paper must be provided before or on the day of the tournament
*Canada Games coaches will make a decision for a possible wrestle-off
