Team Quebec poised for Victory

Team Quebec is set and ready to wrestle at the 2013 Canada Games beginning on Tuesday August 6, 2013. The Girls Team begin Session One versus British Columbia at 9:00 am. The Boys will begin their first session versus Nova Scotia at 10:30 am. Session Two begins with Girls facing an always tough Team Ontario at 2:00 pm while the Boys will wrestle against Manitoba at 3:30 pm. Session Three begins at 7:00 pm as the Girls Team will have a BYE. At 8:30 pm, the Boys Team will wreslte off against Alberta. This should be a good one as Alberta is favoured to capture a medal.

Day Two, Session One begins on Wedneday August 7 with the Girls facing off against P.E.I. at 9:00 am. The Boys will wrestle at 10:30 versus British Columbia. This match will most likely determine which team heads to the Gold Medal Rounds for the Team Competition. Session Two begins at 2:00 Girls Team facing New Brunswick. At 3:30 the Boys will wrestle against Nunavut. The Team Medal Rounds begin at 6:00 pm with the medals being awarded at 10:00 pm.

Invididual competition begins on Thursday August the 8 at 10:00. Finals begin at 7:30 with medals to be awarded aftert the completion of each category. Results from the Dual-Meet portion will determine which spot the athletes compete for.
