Quebec Boys pull huge upset win over Alberta

The Quebec Boys pulled out a huge win over the team from Alberta today at the Canada Games.  Quebec entered the Dual Meet 2-0 with wins over Nova Scotia and Manitoba.  Quebec took wins over Nova Scotia 42-9 and Manitoba 41-9.  Alberta proved to be the toughest test that Team Quebec has faced as Quebec took the early lead with Alberta coming back to tie it up on several occasions.  With the meet tied 17-17, Quebec took the final three matches by pin to win the Dual Meet 32-17.  Although Alberta was favoured to contend with British Columbia for top spot in Pool B, Quebec's gutsy performance was inspiring.  Quebec faces a tough challenge tomorrow as they take on British Columbia.  Wish us luck!
