Dylan has been wrestling since 2013, after his coach, Gabriel Choueke got him into the sport at Bialik High School. Dylan saw him and thought “he is a small guy so if he can wrestle, then so can I.” And in 2013, Dylan came in 4th place in the Canada Games as a member of the Quebec Team!

He has had some impressive results over the years, which has helped push him to always do better. Results include repeating as the 3-time Quebec Provincial Champion from 2015-2017; he was the Copa Sparta International Cup Champion (Puerto Rico) in 2014, 2015; was the 2017 Canadian Junior Bronze Medalist, and was a member of Canada’s 2017 Maccabiah Games Team in Israel. He puts the bronze medal in the Canadian Juniors as his most memorable victory.

The reason Dylan likes wrestling so much  is because of how it made him into a tougher person and how it builds his character each and every day. He has a special fondness for his aunt and uncle. As he puts it, without his Aunt Rosemary Steinberg, he would not be the person he is today. “The thing I would have to thank her for the most is how she has been able to support me, and especially keep up with the amount that I eat.”
