Nicolae Grandrabura of the Montreal YMHA was the lone Quebec athlete to compete at the UWW Cadet Pan-American Championships in Guatemala City. Nicolae would finish with a Bronze Medal at the 60 kgs weight category. Congratulations Nicolae!
