Concordia held its annual varsity tournament on Sunday October 28th at the Loyola Gymnasium. This is the only university wrestling in the province of Quebec and some of the Quebec clubs, which included Concordia, the Montreal YMHA, Riverdale Wrestling Club and Vanier College came to compete along with teams from out of town. Wrestlers from York, UNB, New York, Matmen, National Capitol and Renfrew came to Concordia which had a smaller turnout then usual. Nevertheless, the competition level was still pretty good as Quebec athletes were challenged time and time again from match to match.
Concordia was able to win the Team title for the Women and the Montreal YMHA took home the team title for the Men.
