Vanier Wrestling Club athletes Aly Barghout and Nataël Lebrun-Cantin were the recipients of the inaugural LDT Foundation Bursary (Laurent Duvernay-Tardif Foundation). The bursary was founded by Laurent Duvernay-Tardif in conjunction with the FAEQ with the express goal of promoting a balance between sports and study. A total of $325 000 was raised and distributed to athletes in the forms of bursaries. Aly and Nataël were awarded these bursaries for their breakout seasons which saw them win medals both locally, nationally and internationally. Congratulations to both athletes and best of luck for the rest of the season.
