In a some appropriate timing to coincide with the Week of Coach, Serge Marcil returned on Tuesday, September 17th, after a thirty year absence to visit his old coaches at the Montreal YMHA and to convey his thanks. During his competitive career, Serge was on the Canadian National Team and placed second at the US Nationals, back when Canadians were still allowed to compete. Serge would cap off his career with a 5th place finish at the Senior World Championships. Serge has since moved on to a successful career in television documentaries.
