The Non-Olympic and U23 World Team Trials were held on the weekend on June 26th and 27th in St-Catherines, Ontario. This would be the last chance for some athletes to qualify their spots for the Senior World Team. For the U23s, this would be their only chance. With this in mind, Quebec clubs sent some of their best hopefuls to the tournament as CLIC, the Montreal Wrestling Club NTC, the Riverdale Wrestling Club and the Tritton Performance Wrestling Club would all be in attendance.
Day 1
The U23s would be the first athletes to take to the mat as the Montreal Wrestling Club NTC, the Riverdale Wrestling and the Tritton Performance Wrestling Club would all have their athletes in the competition. The results were the following:
