Nous avons eu la chance de retourner aux entraînements de lutte au mois de septembre et c’était très plaisant. Le mois d’octobre a été le début de la deuxième vague. Si nous voulons recommencer le plus rapidement, nous devons respecter les consignes sanitaires de la Santé publique. Soyez patient ! Continuer à vous entraîner à la maison, à l’extérieur et dans les endroits qu’ils sont permis. Continuer à vous entraîner pour 2021 !

STRENGTHENING OF SANITARY MEASURES – REGIONS LOCATED IN THE RED ZONE:
All organized sports activities located in the red zone are suspended until November 23, 2020. The FLOQ asks its members to respect the rules of Public Health.
- Individual practices only
- Wearing a mask at all times in indoor public places (for all levels of alert)
- Travel between regions is not recommended
We encourage all members to stay active and continue to exercise at home or outdoors or in areas that will be permitted for individual practice.
Activities in the green, yellow and orange zones can continue their training according to the FLOQ’s returning plan currently in phase # 3, bubble of 4 partners.

La 28e édition des Jeux du Canada aura lieu dans la région de Niagara du samedi 6 août au dimanche 21 août 2022.
(Niagara, ON) – Le Conseil des Jeux du Canada (CJC) et la Société hôtesse de Niagara ont le plaisir d’annoncer les nouvelles dates officielles des Jeux d’été du Canada à Niagara. L’événement aura lieu du 6 au 21 août 2022.
Les Jeux du Canada sont considérés comme une étape clé dans l’épanouissement de nos futurs champions nationaux, internationaux et olympiques. Cet événement est largement reconnu comme étant le plus grand événement de sport amateur et le plus haut niveau de compétition au Canada pour des milliers d’athlètes canadiens prometteurs. Nous attendons plus de 5 000 participants et 4 000 bénévoles à cette 28e édition des Jeux du Canada dans la région de Niagara.
NEW DATES ANNOUNCED FOR NIAGARA 2022 CANADA SUMMER GAMES

The 28th edition of the Canada Games will take place in the Niagara Region from Saturday, August 6th to Sunday, August 21st, 2022.
(Niagara, ON) – The Canada Games Council (CGC) and Niagara Host Society are pleased to announce that the Canada Summer Games in Niagara have been officially rescheduled for August 6-21, 2022.
Considered a key step in the development of Canada’s next generation of national, international and Olympic champions, the Canada Games are widely recognized as the highest level of national competition for thousands of up-and-coming Canadian athletes. More than 5,000 participants and 4,000 volunteers are expected to participate in the 28th edition of the Canada Games that will be held in the Niagara Region.
