The trials for Team Quebec were held on Saturday at École Secondaire PG. Ostiguy. Athletes from all the wrestling clubs in Quebec came to try and qualify for this prestigious event, which was delayed by a year due to the pandemic. The Canada Games will be held in August in Niagara.

As with the previous trials, there was a great number of participants, an encouraging sign given the difficulties that wrestling has had to get started again. The trials were witness to some incredibly close matches and in the end, the athletes that had qualified for the team earned their places.
