The 2023 edition of the Quebec Open kicked off on Saturday, November 25th at École de l’Altitude located Pierrefonds Quebec. Many Quebec clubs were in attendance as well as clubs from Ontario and New Brunswick. All in all, this edition of the Quebec Open saw over two hundred wrestlers compete, the largest attendance in over a decade. The results as were as follows:
