The Festival des Patriotes was held on Saturday, April 29th in St-Cesaire Quebec. Hosted by the Patriotes Wrestling Club, this tournament often serves as a tune-up for the younger age groups for the Eastern Canadian Championships. This year, for the first time, a U17 division was inserted which saw more clubs send more wrestlers.
Beurling Academy, Kanieinkehaka Tehontatienas Mohawk WC, L.E.S. Crazy Dogs, Loyola High School, les Patriotes de St-Césaire, the Riverdale Wrestling Club, Royal West Academy and Tritton Performance Wrestling Club were the Quebec teams that were in attendance. They were joined by clubs from Ontario and New Brunswick, making it a great turnout out.

In the end, the tournament was a lot of fun for the younger athletes and served as good practice for the Eastern Canadian Championships.
