The 2025 edition of the U Sports National Championships was held on Friday February 28th and Saturday March 1st at Brock University in St-Catherines Ontario. The premier wrestling event for Student-Athletes, Quebec’s only university participating at the event would be Concordia University.

Members of the Men and Women’s team would look to finish off the Varsity season strong, with the hopes of becoming an All-Canadian, a title reserved for the top two athletes in the country. Our Concordia athletes were accompanied as usual by Coach David Zilberman, a veteran coach at this event. The results were as follows:

Concordia would finish the event at 12th place for the Men and 10th for the Women. To qualify for this event is a rare accomplishment in an athlete’s career. To medal in one is even rarer still. Congratulations to all our University athletes this past weekend!
