The final team trials for the respective National Teams took place in Thorold Ontario from June 27th to the 29th. This would be the final trials to determine members of the National team as they would head off to the Pan-American Championships and World Championships respectively, Quebec would send a strong contingent of athletes as CLIC, the Crazy Dogs Wrestling Club, the Montreal Wrestling Club NTC, Riverdale Wrestling Club and the Tritton Performance Wrestling Club would all have representatives at the event.
