The final day of competition kicked off with the individual placement rounds. Every athlete would have the opportunity to wrestle for a place, based on their records from the Dual-Meets. The top two finishers from each pool would wrestle off in a crossover with opponents from the other side for the medals. The rest would wrestle off for places against opponents from the other pool that would count towards placement for the following games.
